As you may see from my CV I have been involved in developing companies from start ups to efficient, highly effective businesses and market leaders. I am a team builder and player with the necessary vision for value innovation, market space creation and corporate culture. I believe in and build flat, three layered hierarchies with leadership providing directions as a foundation, hands on management as service and confidence providers and an employee workstation team approach with responsibilities at the highest point of competency. The Leadership foundation able and willing to lead and align the entire company force to the company’s vision, mission, strategy, goals, information, communication, culture and implementation tasks.
